The platform

How the platform works

A deterministic engine, a tamper-evident record, and a person accountable at every step. The software never decides what a flow means; it proves whether two people agree.

  • Undeclared by both
Rows send, columns receive. The upper-left triangle is the sender’s declaration, the lower-right the receiver’s. Sealing wax marks what is unresolved.

The algorithm

Nine steps, one direction of travel

From the first question to the signed gate. Each step is explicit, in order, and produces something a person can read and sign.

Select a step. Arrow keys also work.

  1. Step 1 1 of 9 in the sequence

    Sequential elicitation

Q1 Define, Q2 Share, Q3 Receive. Each opens only when the one before is answered or waived.

Who sees what

Respondents never see each other’s answers

Six roles, each with a defined part and a defined view. The separation is what makes agreement mean something.

Isolation

Respondents cannot read each other’s declarations before reconciliation, so agreement is real, not copied.

A respondent sees only their own division. never a counterpart’s answer or the reconciliation.

  • Department respondent

    Isolated
    What they do
Answers for their own division only, in order, and signs each answer.
    What they can see
Only their own division. Never a counterpart’s answer or the reconciliation.
  • Functional Analyst

    What they do
Starts and approves each round, confirms matches, owns the pre-lock window and fires the lock.
    What they can see
    Everything, including the TIR.
  • Consultant / PM

    What they do
Signs for deliverability and scope; reviews escalations.
    What they can see
The matrix, findings, TIR and ledger.
  • Client owner

    What they do
Countersigns waivers, approves escalations and signs the approval gate.
    What they can see
All divisions and the approval gate.
  • OEM advisor

    What they do
Optionally records an advisory position on the customisation scope.
    What they can see
The locked specification. Advisory only; carries no liability.
  • Technical

    What they do
Receives the approved specification to build against.
    What they can see
The build pool, only after both mandatory signatures.

The record

A record that shows when it has been touched

Every signature, waiver, finding and approval is an entry in a hash-chained ledger. Altering one breaks the chain and names the record.

Each entry carries the fingerprint of the one before it, so the order cannot be rearranged either.

Try it. Edit an entry and watch the verification name the exact record where the chain breaks, and what follows it.

Sealed waivers and signed answers cannot be edited or deleted, even by an administrator. The database refuses.

Guarantees

What the platform promises, and what it will not pretend

  • 01

    Deterministic

Same governed inputs, same output, byte for byte. A report is derived, not judged.

  • 02

    Tamper-evident

Every signature, waiver, finding and approval is an entry in a hash-chained ledger. Altering one breaks the chain and names the record.

  • 03

    Immutable once sealed

Sealed waivers and signed answers cannot be edited or deleted, even by an administrator. The database refuses.

  • 04

    Isolated

Respondents cannot read each other’s declarations before reconciliation, so agreement is real, not copied.

  • 05

    AI only maps words

AI suggests which defined ERP term a department’s own words mean. A Functional Analyst confirms every mapping; nothing else uses AI.

  • 06

    Honest about limits

ERP fit scoring has no specified formula yet, so the platform does not invent one.

Artificial intelligence

Where AI is used (and where it is not)

AI suggests which defined ERP term a department’s own words mean. That is the whole of it: a closed candidate list, a guard, and a person who confirms.

  1. Input 01

    A department’s own words

What the respondent wrote, exactly as signed. It is never rewritten.

    Respondent

  2. Closed list 02

A defined set of ERP terms

The engine shortlists the defined terms that could apply. The model can only choose from this list.

    Engine

  3. AI 03

    It suggests one

The model suggests which defined ERP term the words mean. It does not invent terms or decide anything else.

    Model

  4. Guard 04

    The answer is checked

A guard rejects any reply that is not on the closed list, before it is stored as a suggestion.

    Engine

  5. Confirm 05

    A person decides

The Functional Analyst confirms every mapping. Until then it is only a suggestion.

    Functional Analyst

Uses AI

AI suggests which defined ERP term a department’s own words mean. A Functional Analyst confirms every mapping; nothing else uses AI.

No AI
  • Comparing declarations and finding gaps
  • The dependency graph and governance matching
  • The Transformation Intelligence Report
  • The consistency engine and the forecast
