NeoVista47 operates Gnosi-Enorasi. This page explains what personal data the product handles and why.
What we collect
- Account data: your name and email address, and a password hash or a Google sign-in identifier.
- Engagement records: the declarations, waivers, approvals and comments you or your colleagues enter, with who entered them and when. Records are kept in an append-only, tamper-evident ledger on purpose, so they cannot be edited or deleted by users.
- Demo and careers requests: what you type into those forms (name, email, organisation, message).
- Technical data: your IP address and browser details in server logs, used for security and abuse prevention.
Why
To run the service you asked for, to keep an auditable record of each engagement, to answer your requests, and to keep the service secure.
Automated help
An AI service suggests how to match a client’s own words to a defined ERP term. A person always confirms a suggestion before it has any effect. Nothing else in the product uses AI to decide anything.
Cookies and local storage
- A session cookie that keeps you signed in (strictly necessary).
- Small preference cookies: your interface style (classic or futuristic) and, inside an engagement, the role you last acted as.
- Your light or dark choice, stored in your browser.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Who sees your data
People you are added to an engagement with, according to their role. Service providers that host the product, send email and run the matching service, under written terms. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of, or export of your account data, and for your account to be closed. Entries already sealed into an engagement ledger are part of a shared record and are retained for its audit purpose. Write to [email protected].
